Do not eat and then go to bed. That is hard on your digestion and can make you ill and tired. You need time to digest the meal before going to bed. Allow several hours before you go to bed. In the past people did not eat so frequently. They had food when they had a successful hunt or from jerked meat. They didn't get 3 meals a day. They might have been hungry but they survived.

That's correct. Every time you eat, even if it only a tiny, tiny mouthful that causes insulin to start which prevents fat burning. People who snack do not give the digestive system time to rest. You can't snack, not even one potato chip.

It is BOTH what you eat and WHEN (how often) you eat. You CAN lose weight! Do NOT try to lose it all at once. Eat food that is lower in calorie and higher in fiber, vitamins and minerals (nutritious). This is common sense, a bowl of salad has more nutrition than a bowl of ice cream. Skip ALL snacks.
