NO, the problem is NOT that the agent hates his own life. The problem is NOT that the service associate is jealous of you. The problem is NOT because the CSR is an unhappy person. The problem is NOT that the representative just doesn't want to work. Many policies are actually technologically enforced because the Ford business model for profitability still lives. That means in many cases we don't even have a MECHANISM for acting against company policy. In addition, many companies make it harder to ask for help when customers don't specifically request a higher up. Why is this a difficult concept??? Aren't there rules at YOUR job???
