We are working together in a IT company. He is talented. He started helping me to explore new technologies. I ignored one fact that he was only doing favor on me. Later on he proposed me I told him that I have BF. After few months he started blackmailing me if I dont say that I like him then he will not deploy my code. There was already dependency on him because he is my team lead. Now I blocked him from everywhere but cant block from office apps and from there he messages me. And irritates me. I am trying to ignore. But now I am thinking why I am suffering from this just for money...its better to switch my job...guys dont get favor from anybody we dont know what is in their mind.
