The difference between a Psychopath and a Narcissist are few. But enough to talk about it. They both lack empathy for people, and play with people like pawns (Manipulators). The main difference lay on how they "See themselves".... Narcissist lack a LOT of self confidence. That's why they need to be reassured by having attentions over and over. I suspect the "Fag" part here has the cause. Psychopath, will value you, if you offer him something of value. If you don't offer anything? You are like a dead dog on the streets. He have no empathy like the Narcissist does at that level. Close, but with some differences... Imagine now, if you had the key to unlock a Psychopath. So that he fight for you.
