I hope that trends start exposing inappropriate customers from countries where many live with servants. Some can be perfectly mild and even polite or kind. Others seem to believe the best way to get what they want from cust serv is by browbeating us. I hate it. I answered your question 3x. When you repeated it, I answered it again and tried to express it differently. Still not enough and you yelled at me as though I were either ignoring you or withholding. I can't see HOW. I was answering you AND trying to vary the delivery!!
