when i was younger, i had really bad night time anxiety. i would be ok all day, but when it came time to fall asleep, i had this great fear but i didnt know what of. i slowly grew out of it over time, but it’s definitely coming back and i only get a few hours of sleep. any suggestions on how to fix this?? ps- melatonin doesn’t even work for me, and my parents don’t like it
