Did 100 push-ups in 3min, then 100 sit-ups in 3min, then ran 1 mile in 10min. Did over 150 kicks, followed by a bunch of punches and rolls (although I’d not practised rolls in months). Did all but one of the katas (we ran out of time for the last). Broke 4 boards in a row. I did all this and more, and never said I was tired. But I lied. I was very tired.
