I work in school administration. Looking at how the pandemic has prevented many from graduating, and killing their want of pursuing a diploma, I've had enough of students who simply tell me they are not interested in school enough to seriously consider it. My want to keep inspiring these students is wanning, their mentality is horrendous and makes me wish only those who want to graduate be my only students. Horrible to say, but I think only those who pursue a high-school diploma should be allowed certain rights, such as opening a bank account or buying a house. If they don't want to go to school, there must be better incentives. If you don't graduate high-school you can't buy a house or get a job that pays more than minimum wage. This I belive can fix that motivation issue. I've had enough of students with a pathetic loser mentality.
