Novak Djokovic battles past Casper Ruud in opening ATP Finals match

Novak Djokovic was given a stern test by Norway's Casper Ruud in his opening match of this year's ATP Finals, but eventually proved too good for his opponent, winning 7-6 6-2 to open his account in Turin, Italy.
