Can I legally kill my neighbors dog if it continuously gets free and enters my yard? It’s not a vicious dog or anything (it’s a small Yorkie) and it’s actually pretty friendly I just hate the breed. It came over today and I chased it away with a shovel. I think if it comes back I’m just going to hit it in the head as hard as I can with the shovel and crush it’s skull. I think it’s legal if I say it tried to bite me.
