i didn't eat dinner tonight and i'm so hungry but so guilty and sad about eating that i don't want to. help?

Remind yourself that good is fuel and your body needs it to work properly. Try and resolve this problem before it gets worse, try eating a few smaller meals throughout the day instead of a big meal if it makes you feel better, or the other way around! Just keep reminding yourself you need to eat and tell the voice in your head to shut up and let you do what you need to do
