i know exactly how you feel. it may take time but find a hobby that is simple and one that you do when your bored to distract yourself. but dont force yourself to enjoy something, youll just be more bored. you could try gardening, yoga, meditation, drawing, writing. there are so many options! give everything a go, you wont regret it :)

If this happens when you get bored, find healthy ways to get excited about something. Start a fitness practice. Dance on your own in your room. Watch great movies. Find pleasurable worthwile activities. Also, start doing something in which it's worth staying still for. Meditation. A hot bath. A massaging armchair. Stretching. Yoga. Reading good books.
